If you want your appointment to stay on schedule, show up ready for the part that matters: the install and finish. Our clients love that we’re professional and that there’s no “sitting in the shop all day, ” so your prep at home helps us keep that pace.

• Wash and condition light. Wash the night before or the morning of. Use a lightweight conditioner so your hair feels soft, not coated.
• Arrive dry and detangled. This one is big. If we don’t have to detangle through shed hair and product buildup, we can focus on a clean, secure base.

• If you have a preferred elastic, bring it. We’ll still make sure the base is secure and comfortable, but it helps to know what you like.
